Kindred Stamps September Release – Witch Please

Hi everyone! Thank you for taking the time to check out my blog. Today I am sharing my projects featuring the Witch Please stamp set. This 3″ x 4″ stamp set is introduced as part of the Kindred Stamps September release. I’ve made four card projects and one mini tag project. Details on each of the projects are provided below. At the end of the blog post I have provided a copic coloring guide for the characters in this stamp set and its coordinating digital stamp set. If you have any additional questions please feel free to leave a comment!
For my first card project I made a vertical A2 style card. I made this simple card using a haunted background stamp and a few layers of solid color cardstock. I used the little witch character and the “Happy Solstice” sentiment from the Witch Please stamp set. I used a red and black matted background to coordinate with the winter holidays.
I also made a mini tag with the same color scheme and sentiment for the winter holiday. I heat-embossed the sentiment and the black snowflakes on the tag.
For my second card project I made a horizontal A2 style card. I created an ink-blended magical background matted with a black piece of cardstock. The sentiment is from a different Kindred Stamps stamp set. The highschool boy is from the coordinating digital stamp set
For my third card project I made another vertical A2 style card. I made this card layering pieces of patterned cardstock. I also used gray ink to splash gray speckles onto the cardstock. I used the little witch character and the “witch please” sentiment from the Witch Please stamp set. The redheaded woman and the blonde woman are from the coordinating digital stamp set.
On the inside of the card I used the “Who Needs Fairy Godmothers When I Have You” sentiment from the Kindred Stamps Once Upon A Nap stamp set. I thought the sentiment related to the characters on the front of the card perfectly.
For my last project I made a fun fold card from a piece of 4 1/4″ x 11″ black cardstock. I scored the cardstock at 3 3/4″ and 5 1/2″. I adhered the 1 1/4″ section of cardstock to the inside of the card to create a square-shaped card section. I used the little witch and the cat characters on the front of the card. I stamped the “Have A Chilling Birthday” sentiment on the inside of the card.
