i-Crafter Box of Travels

Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by my blog. Today I am a sharing a really cool project featuring some travel-themed products from i-Crafter. I made this 3D box with the Exploding Shaker Box die set, Hello World die set, and the Wonderful World stamp set. This interactive project is featured on the i-Crafter blog today too, check it out here.
To create the 3D box you must die cut 1 lid top, 4 lid side panels, 4 box side panels, and 1 box bottoms at a minimum. The Exploding Shaker Box die set comes with so many different dies to decorate your box and to add details to the inside flaps!
To decorate the box I used some travel themed patterned paper from my craft stash. I went with a brown, gold, and navy blue color scheme for this travel box. First I matted the pattern paper to the front of the box. I used Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink to distress the edges of all of the cardstock. On top of the box lid I die cut the globe shape from the Hello World die set and heat embossed the sentiment from the Wonderful World stamp set with gold embossing powder. I also created the gold and brown Explore tag from the Hello World die set. I used gold gems to embellish the outside box.

Check out the video below to see how I decorated the inside of the box. I put a shaker panel in the middle of the box, one side is decorated with a “hello world” globe, another side has a pockets, and the two other sides have slots for small items such as mini book marks and tags!
Thank you for stopping by my blog today. It’s fun to think of creative ways to combine the different products in your stash. Check back here soon for more i-Crafter inspiration!
