Hi everyone! Today I am sharing my creation for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #92 – Outstanding Occasions. This challenge closes on January 17th. For more details on my creation keep reading below.
For the focus of this challenge I used the A Little Sparkle stamp set where two unicorns are celebrating their big day! To create the fantasy background I used the ink smooshing technique with Picked Raspberry, Worn Lipstick, Carved Pumpkin, and Dried Marigold Distress inks on a Puffy Cloud Backdrop die cut. I used foam tape to add more dimension to the cloud background and to prop up the unicorns from the background.
I heat embossed the sentiment with gold embossing powder onto a white sentiment strip and distressed the edges with Worn Lipstick Distress ink. Next I heat embossing gold stars onto the card background. Finally, I used gold metallic paint to ink splatter onto the fantasy background for some extra sparkle!
